On Wednesday, 6th March, acclaimed Chef Adam Handling joined Atul Kochhar in the kitchen at Kanishka for an unforgettable second instalment of our Michelin-starred Four Hands dining series.
A Masterclass in Flavour and Sustainability
Working alongside Chef Atul Kochhar to craft a bespoke tasting menu, Adam brought his deep passion for outstanding British produce, sustainability, and zero-waste dining to Kanishka. Every dish was executed with the innovative flair that has defined his culinary reputation at his Michelin-starred flagship, Frog by Adam Handling.
Highlights from the spectacular seven-course tasting menu included a burnt seafood samosa with Devon crab meat moilee, and ‘Scottish Waters’, a delicate creation featuring carrot, chilli, and scallop shell bread. This was seamlessly followed by Bhatti Ka Gosht, comprising Chettinad-spiced lamb cannon paired with watercress and lamb jus. The evening concluded triumphantly with ‘Food Fight’, Adam’s renowned winning dessert from the Great British Menu.
