Influenced by centuries of Portuguese and Indian traditions, Goan cuisine is renowned for its bold spices, tangy palm vinegar, fresh seafood, coconut, cashews and fragrant herbs.

Our specially curated menu, available only on Friday 3rd July 2026, takes you on a journey through Goa’s most iconic flavours, from fiery recheado and aromatic cafreal to rich xacuti and the beloved layered dessert, bebinca.
