Profoundly influenced by centuries of intertwined Portuguese and Indian traditions, Goan cuisine is renowned for its bold, vibrant spices, tangy palm vinegar, pristine fresh seafood, sweet coconut, rich cashews, and fragrant herbs.

Our specially curated menu, available exclusively on Friday, 3rd July 2026, takes guests on an immersive fine dining journey through Goa’s most iconic flavours. Anticipate fiery recheado, aromatic cafreal, rich and complex xacuti, and the beloved traditional layered dessert, bebinca.
