We are thrilled to welcome Lisa Goodwin-Allen to Kanishka for an exclusive Sunday Supper Club. As Executive Chef of the Michelin-starred Northcote and Director of The Game Bird and American Bar at The Stafford London, Lisa is widely celebrated as one of the most innovative and exciting culinary talents in the UK today.

A Legacy of Culinary Excellence

After graduating from Lancaster & Morecambe College, Lisa worked in several prestigious restaurants, including the two Michelin-starred Le Champignon Sauvage in Gloucester, before arriving at Northcote at the age of 20. At the age of 23, Lisa was named head chef – one of the youngest chefs to take on the role in a Michelin-starred kitchen at the time. Since then she has helped to maintain the restaurant’s Michelin Star, which it has held for over 20 years.

Lisa’s dedication to championing local suppliers and seasonal produce beautifully complements Chef Atul Kochhar’s own Pan-Indian culinary philosophy. She is passionate about incorporating her Lancashire roots into her creative dishes, constantly seeking out unsung producers and innovative techniques. This relentless pursuit of excellence ensures every dish she creates is a vibrant celebration of flavour, making her the perfect guest chef for an unforgettable evening of fine dining at Kanishka.
