For this exclusive event, he brings his distinctive modern European flair to Kanishka, harmonising with Chef Atul Kochhar’s vibrant Pan-Indian flavours to create an unforgettable fine dining experience.

In 2017, Michael opened Lympstone Manor, a magnificent country house hotel that achieved its first Michelin star within just six months of launching.
