Chef Anna Haugh began her illustrious career in her hometown of Dublin, working at the renowned L’Ecrivain alongside Derry Clarke. Upon relocating to London, she honed her skills under Shane Osborne at Pied à Terre, Philip Howard at The Square, and later within the Gordon Ramsay Group. In May 2019, she proudly opened Myrtle Restaurant in Chelsea, named in tribute to the pioneering Irish chef Myrtle Allen, founder of Ballymaloe House. Drawing profound inspiration from traditional Irish recipes, culture, and folklore, Anna creates a modern Irish cuisine that retains the comforting heartbeat of home, with Myrtle placing a strong emphasis on exceptional Irish produce, music, and art.
A Celebrated Television Presence
Following the success of her highly acclaimed pop-up, Anna Haugh at The Conrad—which ran from October 2022 through to April 2023—Anna has continued to build a prominent television profile. A familiar face on the BBC, she serves as the resident chef on Morning Live and notably joined the esteemed judging panel for MasterChef: The Professionals in 2022.
For this extraordinary instalment of the Sunday Supper Club, Anna joined Chef Atul Kochhar at Kanishka, uniting their distinct culinary philosophies to deliver an unforgettable dining experience in the heart of Mayfair.
