Romy Gill, a British-Indian chef, food writer, author, and broadcaster, was appointed an MBE in the Queen’s 90th Birthday Honours list. She previously served as the Chef Patron of Romy’s Kitchen in South Gloucestershire and has gained extensive experience in television and radio, including various presenting and co-presenting roles. Gill is also the author of several successful cookbooks: “Zaika,” “On The Himalayan Trail,” and her latest work, “Romy Gill’s India.” On 5th March, she will delight our Kanishka audience with dishes from her new book that savours the authentic tradition of Indian home cooking.
