With over two decades of culinary innovation, Executive Chef Roy Ner has built a formidable international reputation. After establishing his career in Sydney’s finest kitchens—earning two ‘hats’ (Australia’s Michelin equivalent) at ARIA and a third at Nour—he partnered with legendary chefs in the US before launching the globally acclaimed ZaZaTa in Brisbane. In 2021, he brought his vibrant Mediterranean expertise to the centre of London, opening Jeru to critical acclaim.
A Celebration of Flavour: English Wine Week at Kanishka
Coinciding with English Wine Week (15th – 23rd June 2024), Roy Ner’s ‘Four-Hands’ dinner at Kanishka will see the chef work alongside Atul Kochhar on creating a five-course menu expertly paired with exceptional wines from Hattingley Valley in Hampshire.
Diners will savour a show-stopping five-course menu that harmonises Roy Ner’s modern Mediterranean techniques with Chef Atul Kochhar’s Pan-Indian culinary philosophy. Expect a vibrant exploration of regional delicacies and authentic spices inspired by India’s unexplored sister states, perfectly complemented by exceptional English wines thoughtfully curated to elevate each course.
