Renowned for his innovative approach to West African cuisine, Akokomi’s culinary philosophy is a celebration of tradition and innovation, where live-fire cooking, umami, and spices tell a story of regional West African heritage. He will join Chef Atul Kochhar to craft a bespoke tasting menu that promises a harmonious fusion of Kanishka’s innovative Pan-Indian flavours with Akoko’s creative and authentic West African gastronomy.
