Experience the coastal flavours of Kerala by Chef Atul Kochhar and Executive Chef Ashok Kumar at Kanishka this March.

This menu explores Kerala’s signature ingredients and techniques, beginning with light, aromatic dishes that showcase coconut, curry leaves, and mustard seeds, before moving into seafood-led preparations and slow-simmered curries that favour balance over heat.

Expect delicately spiced stews, coconut-infused gravies, and dishes that feel both comforting and refined, with flavours that build gradually, revealing depth and freshness with every course.

This is Kerala cuisine as it is meant to be enjoyed: fragrant, elegant, and deeply connected to the coast.

Priced at £75 per person, with an optional wine pairing of three glasses for £35 per person
