Our five-course Taste of Punjab menu takes you on an immersive journey through the region’s rich culinary heritage, starting with playful street-food favourites like Gol Gappa and Matar Kulcha Tart, before moving on to authentic classic dishes such as crisp Fish Amritsari.

Guests will also savour masterful grill dishes, such as succulent charcoal-grilled chicken infused with vibrant spices, followed by deeply comforting mains. The dining experience ends on a sweet note with Motichoor Ladoo Potali paired with delicate kulfi ice cream, providing a fitting finale to a menu rooted in authentic Pan-Indian generosity.
