On Friday, 20th February 2026, experience Chef Atul Kochhar’s Flavours of Punjab – bold, rustic cooking brought to life with interaction from Chef Atul and Executive Chef Ashok Kumar.
Our five-course Taste of Punjab menu takes you on a journey through Punjab, starting with playful street-food favourites like Gol Gappa and Matar Kulcha Tart, before moving into classic dishes such as crisp Fish Amritsari.
You’ll also try grill dishes, such as a succulent charcoal-grilled chicken, followed by deeply comforting mains. The journey ends on a sweet note with Motichoor Ladoo Potali, paired with kulfi ice cream, a fitting finale to a menu rooted in tradition and generosity.
This menu reflects the food of Punjab as it is meant to be enjoyed; robust, generous, and deeply rooted in tradition.
Priced at £75 per person, with an optional wine pairing of three glasses for £35 per person.
