Masterclass at Kanishka

Join Chef Atul Kochhar for an unforgettable culinary experience at Kanishka! Our masterclasses offer a unique opportunity to learn from one of the UK’s most renowned Indian chefs and to delve deeper into his interpretation of modern Indian cuisine. On 8th June, Atul will host an interactive cooking demonstration at Kanishka, where he’ll guide participants through the preparation of some of his signature dishes. You’ll learn the techniques behind crafting bold, flavourful dishes while gaining insights into Indian culinary traditions. Each masterclass will begin with a cooking demonstration from Atul accompanied by tea, coffee and pastries, where the chef will share tips and tricks to help you create dishes that combine traditional Indian flavours with a modern twist. A delicious three-course lunch will follow, providing a chance to savour the dishes prepared during the demonstration. 9:30 am arrival with breakfast provided Followed by demonstration and a 12:30 pm lunch.
