Chicken Malai Tikka with Talisker 10yr

The light smokiness of the Talisker compliments the smoke created from the tandoor cooking.
The softness of the marinade is picked with the soft saltiness works well the spices.

Prawn Puri with Dalwhinnie 15yr

We then have the prawn puri which will go well with the softer style Dalwhinnie 15yr.
The soft floral notes complete the natural sweetness of the seafood.

The powerful lamb kebab will be well matched withthe smoky Triple Wood with underlaying spice and
fruit tones to complement this red meat dish.
