On Monday 22nd April, five acclaimed chefs: Atul Kochhar, Cyrus Todiwala, Charlie Hodson, Vivek Singh and Simon Rimmer will join forces to host an exclusive charity dinner at Kanishka, in aid of Hospitality Action. The exclusive dinner will raise vital funds for the charity which works hard to support hospitality workers, having been amongst the first UK charities to mount an emergency response to the Covid-19 pandemic. All five chefs are patrons and ambassadors for Hospitality Action and each will prepare one dish from the special five-course tasting menu, so expect to sample the absolute best of cooking from these culinary legends.

The surge in demand which started in March 2020 shows no signs of slowing as thousands of hospitality business and their employees struggle to cope with the ongoing cost of living crisis.
