Four Hands Experience with Nigel Haworth at Kanishka in Mayfair
Offering an unforgettable dining experience, the ‘Four-Hands’ evening showcased a unique bespoke tasting menu, expertly designed by the chefs.
Nigel Haworth, having previously held the position of Head Chef at Northcote Manor for more than three decades, has helped define the path of modern British cooking through his championing of regional produce and traditional dishes, with a soft spot for his Lancashire roots. Now a popular presence on TV, with appearances on shows such as MasterChef, Great British Menu and Saturday Kitchen, Nigel has opened his own pub and restaurant, The Three Fishes in Mitton, which has been met with tremendous acclaim since opening.
For his ‘Four-Hands’ dinner with Atul Kochhar, Nigel Haworth’s menu featured delights such as yoghurt and soft cheese croquettes; pumpkin and black Perigord truffle risotto; XL scallop with Darienki caviar, champagne sauce and seaweed; podi-spiced wild turbot, sunchokes and coconut sauce; Herdwick lamb loin and belly with sticky mash and sprouting broccoli; and Estate apple crumble souffle with Lancashire cheese ice cream to finish.
