Atul Kochhar’s Whisky
SINGLE MALT SCOTCH WHISKY
Selected for its balance of smoke and citrus fruit as well as its luxurious texture, this whisky perfectly complements and expands on the flavours that surround it here at Kanishka.
On the nose, peat intermingles with zesty orange peel and gingerbread. The palate is rich with firewood smoke, cinnamon, liquorice, almond and caramel, developing into a sumptuous finish of aniseed, espresso and custard creams.

Chicken Malai Tikka with Talisker 10yr
The light smokiness of the Talisker compliments the smoke created from the tandoor cooking. The softness of the marinade is picked with the soft saltiness works well the spices.
Prawn Puri with Dalwhinnie 15yr
We then have the prawn puri which will go well with the softer style Dalwhinnie 15yr. The soft floral notes complete the natural sweetness of the seafood.
