As part of chef the Michelin-starred ‘Four-Hands’ supper club series, Roy Ner will join Atul Kochhar in the kitchen at Kanishka for one night only on Tuesday 18th June.
An award-winning chef, Roy Ner has held a life-long passion for food and cooking. Executive chef Roy Ner has been honing his cooking skills and pursuing his lifelong passion for creating award-winning cuisine for over 20 years. Roy established his career in some of the best kitchens in Sydney, Australia. Winning two-hats at ARIA (equivalent of Michelin stars), he went on to co-found Nour Restaurant in Sydney earning a third hat before moving to the US and partnering with the chefs Tim Hollingsworth (French Laundry) and Chard Robinson (Tartine Bakery). He then joined forces with a hotel group to open ZaZaTa in Brisbane, which won international acclaim as one of Australia’s best restaurants. He moved to London to launch the Mediterranean restaurant Jeru in Mayfair in 2021.
Coinciding with English Wine Week (15th – 23rd June 2024), Roy Ner’s ‘Four-Hands’ dinner at Kanishka will see the chef work alongside Atul Kochhar on creating a five-course menu expertly paired with exceptional wines from Hattingley Valley in Hampshire.
Guests can expect to feast on show-stopping dishes showcasing Roy Neru’s traditional and modern recipes and cooking techniques matched with Atul Kochhar’s world-famous Indian cooking style, all washed down with sensational English wines expertly chosen to match each course.
